This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on EasyRefer.in. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Job Referral Premium

Product Name: Job Referral Premium Plan

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • EasyRefer.in does not provide even a single referral within 99 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions to Qualify for Refund:

  • Your profile must be completed with accurate information.
  • Resume, skills, and work experience details must be updated.
  • You must apply to minimum 10 relevant referral openings shared with you.
  • You must respond to EasyRefer support or referrers within 48–72 hours if contacted.

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • You do not complete your profile or provide incorrect details.
  • You decline referral opportunities or fail to apply.
  • You miss communications / do not respond to messages.
  • You violate the Terms of Use, misrepresent yourself, or spam referrers.

Refund Processing Time:
7–14 working days from approval to original payment method.

2. Job Referral Pro

Product Name: Job Referral Pro Plan

You are eligible for refund ONLY IF EasyRefer.in provides:

  • No referral
  • No job notifications
  • No job alerts

during the subscription period.

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • You receive job alerts/notifications but not a referral.
  • You ignore or fail to apply to the opportunities sent.
  • You provide incomplete or incorrect profile information.
  • You do not respond to communication from EasyRefer.

Refund Processing Time:
7–14 working days from approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products (eBooks, guides, checklists)
  • Job readiness materials
  • Past service access already utilized

4. How to Request Refund

To request a refund, email:

  • Reason for Refund

5. Abuse & Fair Use

Refunds will not be honored in cases of:

  • Misuse of referrals
  • Fraudulent multiple account creation
  • Abusive communication with referrers or staff

EasyRefer.in reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate policy standards.

6. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Continued subscription implies acceptance of the latest terms.
